General information

These conditions apply to the purchase of goods og other services on KarlsKicks webshop www.karlskicks.UK If you use our "Pick up in store" function to reserve products in our physical store, these conditions also apply.

Note: These conditions therefore do not apply if you buy in our physical store.

Prices

At KarlsKicks all prices are stated in local currency og incl. any VAT og charges.

The prices on sneakers may vary from day to day depending on supply og demand for the individual model, variant og shoe size. Current prices appear in our webshop og regulated daily. Any discounts on sneakers is therefore stated in % og not including before/after prices.

Prices are adjusted to Statistics Denmark's net price index and adjustments to our purchase prices.

Payment

KarlsKicks accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay og in certain cases ordinary bank transfer. With this form of payment, you are not protected by the objection scheme.

For in-stock items, payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.

Reservation 

In the event of a delay, backorder or out-of-stock items, we endeavor to inform you as soon as possible, og what we can do about it.

Price error 

If a price is clearly incorrect, og you should reasonably have discovered this, we are not obliged to supply the product in question at the wrong price.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) We deduct the amount when we send the item, or

2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer as for VISA og MasterCard is 30 days.

Conclusion of agreement

A legally binding agreement between you og KarlsKicks is only entered into when you receive an order confirmation per e-mail. Until you receive an order confirmation, is KarlsKicks entitled to cancel your order in whole or in part, e.g. as a result of price og text errors, out-of-stock items or items that cannot be obtained at the advertised price. If this happens, you will of course be notified of this per e-mail.

When you have placed an order at www.karlskicks.dk, you will automatically receive one e-mail, from which it appears which products you have ordered. This one e-mail is only an electronic receipt that we have received your order. No legally binding agreement has been concluded between you at this time og KarlsKicks.

Delivery

KarlsKicks aims to ship orders placed before 12 the same day, orders placed after that are sent the next working day.

We ship to all EU og internal market. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order.

For delivery outside Denmark (with the exception of the Faroe Islands og Greenland), extra payment will be charged for shipping.

Your goods are sent with the selected supplier.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, contact customer service.

Delivery of goods in stock is expected 1-3 working days. For pre-orders of sneakers we have an estimated, but not guaranteed, delivery time of 5-12 business days. For production tasks, the delivery time depends on our work pressure, but will be informed before starting the work.

Special delivery conditions apply to certain goods. The conditions will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.

Gift card

We offer both physical gift cards og digital gift cards.

All gift cards – both physical og digital – are valid for three years from the date of issue.

Gift cards can be used as full or partial payment in our store og/or on our webshop. If you make a purchase for less than the value of the gift card, the remaining amount will remain on the gift card og can be used within the validity period.

Both physical og digital gift cards are considered portable vouchers. Lost, damaged or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. We recommend that you store your gift card safely og do not share the gift card code with unauthorized persons.

Digital gift cards are sent via e-mail to the address given when ordering. The customer is responsible for ensuring that e-mail the address is correct.

Right of complaint

Consumers are given two years' full right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to errors in material og/or manufacture by ordinary use. We will try to repair the item if possible, alternatively exchange it for another product, refund or decline the price, depending on the specific situation. The right to complain does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. If the right of complaint is justified, covers KarlsKicks return costs to a reasonable extent.

Several of ours pre-owned sneakers are well used og older sneakers, where, with normal use, damage can occur quickly. Individuals sneakers will be pure collector's items og should not be used at all. In case of error og damage caused by careless use of second-hand products sneakers the right of complaint ceases.

Right of withdrawal

A 14-day period with full right of withdrawal is normally always offered. The period is calculated from the day the item is physically received.

Cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after receipt og the item must be returned to us no later than 14 days after.

Do you want to return an item or have you regretted your purchase? Then use ours return portal 

If you do not wish to use our return portal, please use our standard cancellation form which you will find at the bottom of the page.

You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item, without at the same time giving clear notice of this.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:

  • Goods which have been manufactured according to the customer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch, including specially designed goods (custom sneakers etc.).
  • Services performed, if delivery of the service has begun with prior express consent og recognition that the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed.
  • Only valid for purchases in our physical store: used goods, including shoes og sneakers of any kind, which is purchased as possessed.

Return

The customer must send the item back no later than 14 days from the time the customer has given notice that he will regret his purchase.

The customer bears the direct costs in connection with the return, unless there is an accepted right of complaint. When returning, you are responsible for the item being properly packed.

We strongly advise that no tape, address labels or anything else is attached directly to shoe boxes, as this can lead to a reduction in value.

The customer bears the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods og to our reception.

Condition of the item upon return

In order to receive the full purchase amount back, the item must not have been used in any way.

The customer is liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics of the goods og the way it works. In other words, you can see or try the product as if you were trying it on in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt.

If accessories are missing, e.g. laces, wrapping paper or the like, the value of the item will be significantly reduced, regardless of whether the item has been tried on. The same applies if shoe boxes are damaged or lost.

Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation or purchase receipt, alternatively a handwritten note with the order number and information that it is a return item.

Shipments are not accepted per cash on delivery.

Repayment

We will refund no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your message that you want to cancel your purchase. Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.

We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you, og in order to process inquiries regarding your purchase. To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,220. og maximum DKK 100,000 for complaints about clothing og shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 790. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.

When you shop at an e-mark webshop, you can have your case processed by the e-mark for free - regardless of the size of the amount.
